Cerebral palsy and tendonitis

I have a client who is looking for information on cerebral palsy and tendonitis.
She is an adult has cerebral palsy and her doctor thinks her ankle is developing tendonitis. It is causing stronger, more intense spasms and a lot of pain. She is looking for any information or advice on treatment and her options. Can anyone help?
