Brown spotting??? abd bloating??

If anyone has ANY idea please help.
I am a 29 y/o who doesn't take b/c, been married for 9 years, 1 7 y/o child.
Last March I had a LEEP for cervical dysplasia, and a cryosomething this march for it again.
Last September a CT showed my ovaries were enlarged and an ultrasound showed a cyst on my right ovary.
But I didn' have this brown spotting. I had a period on 8/16 - 8/24. On 9/2 an still (as of 9/11).
I am having back pain, hot flashes, abdominal bloating (not gas), overall body pain, and slight cramping. I've taken 2 preg test and both were negative. This morning I was having trouble breathing...???
Any ideas?
