CT Scan interpretation TBI

I had a fall 4 months ago and was in hostital for a week under a Neurosurgeon. I took painkillers for only a week and feel fine apart from diminished vision in left eye and slight numbness in left hand finger tips. I am attending Neurosurgeon and will have MRI in October. My Neurosurgeon said that all details below are consistent with SAH however, doesn't know what to make of the "superficial fat collection which extends into the right parafalcine as well as into the left parafalcine location".
Any ideas - please see CT scan findings below.
CT Head : FINDINGS
A plain scan. There is extensive traumatic subarachnoid haemorrhage
over the right convexity extending from the frontal basal region
extending into over the convexity to the top. There is a large
amount of superficial fat collection which extends into the right
parafalcine as well as into the left parafalcine location. There
is a small amount of traumatic subdural haematoma. The basal
sections demonstrates a more contused injury involving the basal,
frontal and the temporal lobe. There is a thin film of subdural
blood also seen over the tentorium. There is no fracture
seen.
