Patch formula helps cut cravings..

by janiceleeslegs, Sep 13, 2007 04:54PM
I seriously recommend the patch formula to lose weight. I'm now 145lbs, 5ft 1 inch tall, but that's still over weight though. I'm however, making a lot of progress. I use to weigh 157lbs, and that was a little more than 2 months ago before trying the patch. I've tried all kinds of over the counter diet pills, and none of them seem to work. Some pills even got me sick with severe stomach aches. I've even attended several diet and fitness classes, but at the end I couldn't commit to the their 3 times a week schedule. It's very hard for me since I work full time from 11am-7pm, and pretty much have no time for exercises what-so-ever. The patch is called the apple patch diet, and it actually works pretty well. I ordered it directly from a website: http://applepatchdiet.com/jy54285

At first i was thinking this must be another over the counter product that's going to take another chunk of money out of my pocket overtime, but it was well worth the investment. It only costs about $50.00, and I said why not give it a shot. During the 1st week, my stomach did feel a bit weird, as it was growling from time to time like I was hungry or something, but yet I wasn't. That feeling was very similar to a diet pill I've taken before, but instead it irritated my stomach a little bit, and I had to stop immediately. But since using the patch, I've been able to skip breakfast and lunch, and have no food cravings either. I can tell you that it's a slow process, so don't expect over night results. It doesn't hurt to try. Just thought I'd share a little of what I'm doing. Good Luck!!

Thank you for your greeting. I am glad you are doing well but I do not recommend diet pills or the patches. I wish you good luck and hopefully you do not have any medical problems from it.
