Midcycle pain - how painful

I have been admitted to hospital - yet again,Severe pains in abdomen that bad i was on morphine and have been told it was " Midcycle pain".
I have had a ruptured cyst previous stilll waiting for treatment but i have had a cute pains to teh point i cannt sit / stand nor walk!
I keep getting told i have "Midcycle pains" .
This diagnosis has happened a few times at various times of the month .
To be honest i feel like im getting fobbed off.
