Oral Cancer?

well yesterday i had a bump on my upper left lip and today a new bump started growing in the middle of my upper lip and i have a swollen lymph node in the left side of my neck, i am very worried, about this and am freaking out, but it only started happening since yesterday, is it oral cancer or could it be something else? and i tried this cream i used for impetigo but the bumps still won't go away and are still there!!!! i need help please :(

What does the bump look like? Does it appear to be filled with fluid?
It is more likely that the bumps are infectious in origin, especially with the finding of a swollen lymph node and the suddenness of appearance of the lesions.
It would be advisable to have your symptoms evaluated by a physician who can properly manage your symptoms.
