my life at 17

I find it almost unbearable to get myself out of bed in the mornings and im only 17. I have very few in the way of friends and my mom quit talking to me and my dad is always going to Canada to see his girlfriend while I stay home alone for weekends. I try doing school activities like sports or academics and I just can't seem to keep up if you know what I mean. I come home from school at 3:00 PM and play video games till 1:00 am because frankly I find nothing in reality to make me happy. Ive got nobody close in my life and when I try and make a friend it's almost impossible because ive got a sevre speech impediment so people usually just nod or ignore me. While I see my classmates go to dances and football games and get girls and have fun I have outbursts of rage and ive had visions of killing those who have what I don't. I sometimes just lie on my bed and cry. I know that people can fall on "bad times" but I just can't take this anymore. Ive also being having extreme sexual compulsions to the point where it makes me sick. Think I need medication? What do you guys think?
