need some help

I am a cancer patient, my ca 125 went from 60 to 120 ,all c/s were neg, I had a hydronephrosis of the r kidney a r sided ureternal stint was placed to go to the bladder, would this be why my ca 125 has risen,thanks you for your time ,,,have a blesed day

Hi There, I think I answered this already. But yes CA 125 can rise with inflammation. It is important to get follow up CA 125s to make sure that they do not continue to go up

ps the dr who put the stint in said the blockage was scar tissue and did not see any sligns of cancer when the procedure was done.
