LMB SYNDROME

Sir,my 11yrs old daughter is 48kgs and unable to read without glasses and also find herself unable to see clearly in night or dim light.
may i know is there any test by which we can come to conclussion that is it LMBS or only obesity and weak vision? thankyou.
