make me feel well....?

ok lately i only eat a little bit the i lose my appitite after only just eating a small amount of food.. then like a hour later i feel like dizzy and hungry and i  feel i have no energy makes me tired like lay down and sleep...what food  that have good vitamins that will get me to eat more and keep my mind focus and alert and give me enrgy..? thanks

go see a gastroenterologist.  you may have gastroparesis or another gastric motility disorder.  google the term and see if the symptoms fit.  take a multivitamin and eat small and frequent healthy snacks like fruits/veggies and lean protein.  it's easy to fill up on carbs when you feel like **** (trust me... i have gastroparesis and i know!) but your body needs balanced nutrition even when you can only manage 2 or 3 bites at a time.

the dizziness and exhaustion are likely from undernourishment due to not eating enough and not drinking enough fluids.

again - go see a doctor!
