UPDATE
HAS BEEN 3-4 DAYS NO AND I TAKE A XANEX 1MG EVERY MORING AND I HAVE FELT THIS GOOD IN A LOG TIME, DOCTOR ALSO INCRESED MY ZOLT BY .5 ALSO. SO WILL SEE IF RESULTS KEEP GETTING BETTER BUT AT LEAST FOR NOW I CAN WAKE UP, POP A PILL AND MAKE IT THROUGH THE DAY

You probably don't want to hear advice from a youngster like myself, but I would definitely Google some stress management techniques. I've done some breathing exercises to manage my stress and they've worked wonders.

I'd suggest taking a good hard look at what's causing the pressures in your life and taking some positive steps to take care of them. Drinking, smoking pot, or taking medication might provide some temporary relief, but may also just numb you while the underlying issues intensify.

Before you think it is mental . It may be physical. I had terrible nausea when taking zoloft and I had an upper GI done and they said my stomach lineing was inflamed. After I stopped taking zoloft my stomach problems disapeared.
May want to discuss with your doctor.
