I went to the doctor 4 months ago because i had a cancre on my genitals, they gave me a shot and sent me on my way. about a month later i was having slight heart pains, not in the middle of my chest but my heart, i went to the doctor again (army doctor) and they were not very thurough and told me i was fine but they just listened to my heart, so i was not very sattisfied, i have not seen a doc since. But when i stop and focus my attention to it i can feel pressure there and an awareness that its beating. 3 weeks ago i developed a large rash on my chin, my lymp node between my jaw and my ear has been swollen for 2 weeks and my neck is very sore and has been for 2 weeks. The other night when i laid in bed a warmth came over my neck and i thought i was having a heart attack but it turned out it was a bad panick attack, now im scared waiting for the next one. and right now as im typing this the back of my head is throbing, not painfully, it just feels like a weird heart beat,
Do you have any clue as to what is going on.

this is a nutrition forum comprised of people who are not doctors. your problems sound serious and you need to get actual medical advice. that's the best help i can offer, as anything beyond that would be pure speculation and downright reckless of me considering the fact that i'm not an MD by any stretch of the imagination.
go see a doctor and get help.
