This happens to me sometimes and it could be several reasons. Ill list some and if your still concerned talk to your doctor, it never hurts to get a prof. opinion. Well it could be a heat rash "that sucks", an allergic reaction to laundry soap, or something that resembles pimples if so then it will just go away on own. Have you done anything different that you could think of?

i have the same problem, one of my friends to me it was from laundry soap and me being allergic to it, but now it has spread to my calves and upper arms. is it body acne or a rash?
