If you're not allergic to herbs and spices, try it! I have neck pain every day and it is making me a nervous wreck. I was waiting for it to just go away and it hasn't. I was told by a professional to do the Relaxation and Stress Management workbook. Long project. He wants me to learn how to relax and help the situation.
