Bladder Errosion???

I had a bladder suspension surgery done about 6 yrs ago. I started having problems with bladder control again so went back to the doctor. I had a Cysto done yesterday and they said my Bladder was erroding and need another surgery. I do know the plastic stays they used for the original surgery came out of my pelvic bone & came through my vagina. They cut them off but still have the plastic is still through. They said they would take those out and clean up the vaginal stich area. They said the sling is fine. Just these other problems. I don't understand what is going on & why. I don't think the DR should have released me untill the plastic stuff was taken care of. I have Lupus.
