Disc extrusion, Degenerative Disc desiccation my MRI result

Tags: degenerative, desiccation, Neurology, General Neurology, cervical, lordosis, spasm, vertebral

i want a respond for this impression:

1- c5-c6 left disc extrusion
2- c4-c5 and c6-c7 degenerative disc desiccation
3- loss of lordosis, potentially representing cervical para vertebral muscle spasm, in the correct clinical setting.

please give me an opinion of this
