Fibrolamellar Carcinoma

by kke, Sep 25, 2007 09:06AM
My 20 year old  step daughter was recently diagnosed with this rare liver cancer.  She is currently getting ready to take her 2nd chemo treatment.  We are looking for any answers to help her with what she is facing.  There is not alot of info and we are praying for a miracle.  We know the mass is very large and very aggressive.  Are there any new treatments and what is a good diet for her because she is have alot of trouble getting food to stay down.  We are also afraid that with the chemo it will enlarge her organs and will make it even harder for her.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
