Spinal Adhesive Arachnoiditis

I was diagnosed with Spinal Adhesive Arachnoiditis in 1994 after 3 lumbar surgeries that failed and degenerative bone and disc disease, since then I have not been able to find a doctor who will treat my pain issues. I was recommended for the pump implant but the medication was not approved by Medi-Cal so the doctor refused to to put it in. Where can I get a doctor to help me with getting the pump implant that will accept government publice medical insurance (Known as Medi-Cal in California)?
