six weeks after a condom broke while having sex with a females friend, i went and got tested for hiv and syphilis. my results resturned negative for hiv but reactive to syphilis. i got treatment( 3 penicylin shots) and did another hiv test at 15 weeks which also returned negative. however, the girl my incident occured with got tested at 10 weeks for both hiv and syphilis and her results returned negative for hiv and non reactive for syphilis. i just read on a thread that syphilis takes 10-90 days to be detected which makes me confuse now.

is it possible for me to have contracted syphilis from her and tested reactive while she's non reactive?
i know this might sound crazy but i'm in desperate need of your opinions!!

did you have symptoms of syphilis?

I'd say you had syphilis for some time before her.  You need the 3 shots in later stages of syphilis, not in the beginning.  Did they give you your blood test results in a number form?
