pins and needles sensitivity in part of hand

i have for the last 2-3 months had continuos pins and needles in my left hand but only in the plittle finger and side of hand istopped work 3 months ago to emmigrate from the uk to australia and havent stearted work here yet although when i do somthing like gardening or some other form of work it seems to eze only to return later i also notice towards the evening my left arm tends to feel sluggish any advice most welcome. thanks moonie68
