If it doesn't go away, ask your parents to send you to a shrink, and they will be able to see whether it's in your mind or not. Then if it's not, you have a doctor on your side helping you convince your parents that you need to follow up with another dr.
I bet it is a normal thing that will remedy itself, and you will be fine.
I don't know, stress, anxiety. It's amazing what the mind can do if you force it to believe something. That being said, I don't think anything is as stressful as someone not beliveing you about your symptoms.
