No I dont think so. Unless you were pregnant before and just didnt know. It happen to my mom back in the day. she had her tubes tied and found out she was having a m/c little after that.

Now I had a cousin to get pregnant after her tubal and unfortunately for her the embryo of course never made it to the uterus it stayed in the tube and she had to have emergency surgery to have her entire left fallopian tube removed b/c the baby actually started to thrive and grow and she began to bleed internally.  She was told that she was one of those RARE cases in a doctor's career that he probably would never see again.  Long story short it's very rare to conceive after a tubal unless the OB did a poor job, and with such great technology the hardly ever happens.

Yea you can. Most of them end up in miscarriagee, but its possible. It also depends on the procedure you had. If theyre just tied, they can be loosened up or even come undone. It is possible to get pregnant with tied tubes!

yes you can unless you had your tubes burned also.  I've heard of 3-4 cases that I knew the people.
