my last mensuration period started on the 8 of sept. and i had planned to get pregnant,
i had unprotected sex on 19 sep and 22 sep, can i probably be pregnant? i had a miscarriage before in may and got advice to wait for about 3 months until my periods were back to normal. now i am really afraid that i might loose this one again if the test is positive. please advice

It sounds like you had sex around the right time. It depends on your body though. My sister in law is trying so hard to get pg. She miscarried twice. She is very active and stressed about the "trying" part. She was told to limit her activities and to try to not be stressed. (Right!) I have been reading a lot about relaxation techniques and meditation. It is worth a try. I would suggest to try to have as much sex as possible (at least daily) when you think you are ovulating. Maybe try an ovulation predictor. I had sex days 9-15 after my period. I am now 27 weeks! Best of luck to you.
