Eggs

My question here is: Can eggs give the sensation of throwing up after you eat them?

I recently noticed that the only thing I had changed in my diet is that I was eating way too many eggs for breakfast and even for lunch and before I'd go to bed ON THE SAME DAY. Lately I've been having this bad feeling like if I'm going to throw up. Do you think eggs is the cause for this? What medication can I take to cure myself? After a while it goes away. Usually after lunch it goes away.

You are consuming too many eggs in a day. The recommendation is 2-3 eggs a week. Some foods can give us an "after taste" after eating. This maybe what is happening to you with the eggs. Everyone is different in how they tolerate foods. I suggest you only eat 2-3 eggs a week and eat meat (chicken, fish, turkey, loin of pork) or non-meat products (soy milk, low fat yogurt, tofu, rice and beans) for protein sources.
Thank you for your question.
