by gracia888, Oct 03, 2007 08:14AM
I had my ECG a couple of months ago and was diagnosed with Sinus Arrhythmia. How serious is this illness? Can you explain further.
Thanks.

Gracia, a sinus arrhythmia is NOT am illness.  It is a variation of normal, where the heart speeds up and slows down with respiration.  It does not require any treatment, and is frequently mentioned as a sign of a HEALTHY heart!
