anxiety still freaks me out

i have been getting anxiety of and on for 14 years and it still freaks me out,there are all ways new symptoms each time around.well every one here talks about chest pain i have never had this over the years,but now i do.i have gone to the doc,done all the test,but anxiety has a mind of its own and it does not listen to reason,so i still worry.well i have inflammation in the lower ribcage in the diaphragm area and the odd sharp pain and a aching pain in the centre lower chest diaphragm areaa nd a heap of tension has anyone had this or have the same thing??

i just had somewhat of the same pain, upper middle abdomin going into my back...doctor said that it is a stomache issue and to take pepcid for 5 days...with anxiety your stomache can be effected. you can even get ulcers....i have the same problem with anxiety symptoms also...it seems like as soon as i get used to one symptom, another one comes on and i start the vicious worry cycle all over again. it is amazing how many things you feel from anxiety. i also hate that as soon as a doctor sees that you have anxiety/panic disorder, they automatically assume EVERYTHING is anxiety related.
