Red foreskin and small white pimples after sex

I had anal sex with my gf and the next day my penis was a bit red. I noticed some skin scaling, some tenderness that seemed a bit white in color and nothing more. I masturbated the same day, and 2 days later, my foreskin was really red and had tiny pimples on the head and shaft of the penis- not too many just about 2-3. I popped one of them and it was a white pus-like fluid. I went to see a urologist and he told me that it looked fine and did an urine test which came back as negative ( I have no idea for what-he didn't tell me what he tested for) but game me Cipro pills for 3 weeks. Its been a week since I started on the antibiotics and I still see my foreskin red and these tiny pimples on it. There is no other signs or symptoms- no discharge, no pain, no urinating problems....just red foreskin, redness on shaft, some veins seem a bit irritated and these tiny pimples. Any ideas as to what I have? I am going nuts.

Can't say for sure without examination.
Non-infectious causes like dermatitis or a fungal infection can be considered, and if suspected, treated with the appropriate cream.
I would do a comprehensive test for STDs, including herpes and genital warts, which can present this way. Urine tests and urethral swabs can be done to exclude other STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia.
These options can be discussed with a urologist or dermatologist.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
