Sexual Side Effects

Is it possible for sexual side effects to be permanent or take a long time to go away after you stop taking ssri medications?

One thing you should consider, are the sexual problems you are having the result of the depression medication you were taking or the depression itself? Both can have the same effect on your ability to enjoy sex.

This is one of the many cruel ironies involving depression and sexual desire.
