HIV and open cuts

Hi!
I have read on some websites that even a small cut can be route for HIV transmission if it comes in contact with HIV, however, here I read that wound needs to be large and severely bleeding, and has to come in contact with lot of infected sperm or blood. What is true? Do wounds need to be bleeding? Do they have to be large?

No one really knows the answer to your question. Most sites state theoretical risks of passing HIV, such as through little cuts, etc., but there's never been a reported case. Theoretically it's possible, just like theoretically, it's possible that when you walk outside today, you may be hit with a car.

I don't buy that story. There has never been anyone contracting HIV in a fight.
