oral warts?

has anyone known anyone who got oral warts?  my partner has genital warts on his penis and i have given him head twice about three months ago... today ive noticed this red spot in the back of my mouth with white in the center.  I think its just a canker sore but possibly a wart?

no that doesnt sound like wart.  i have never seen/had an oral wart but from my understanding that doesnt sound like one.  they say that oral warts are very rare and tend to usually occur with people who have compromised immune systems (cancer/HIV), however it doesnt make it impossible.  but again doesnt sound like it.  also keep in mind warts are painless

You can transmit the obvious external genital warts to the oral area but it's not likely to happen. chances are good that what you have going on in your mouth currently has nothing to do with hpv but it sounds like it might not be a bad idea to follow up on it monday with your provider if it's still there.
