Hi, I have a very important question , I have been married for nearly a year, but i have lost lots of weight , I am 1.59 meters tall and my weight is 43 Kgs only !! I need help what should i do??? I have concerns about taking pills or vitamins from the pharmacy cuz I could be pregnant... PLease help thank you

I check your BMI you are a bit under weight . Try small meals make sure you are getting a good amount of proteins and carbs . Start with a few a day and work your way up .Then you need to get to the bottom of the reason you are losing weight to start with . If you think you are pregnant then I would get in to see a doctor .
