I've had this disease now for over a year and a half and have yet to have one minute, just one where I am not in pain let alone enough pain where I can work or be functional beyond 20 minutes without crying out in pain or screaming. What do I do? My doctor had me on pain pills but we went to a headache specialist and she said it would cause rebound headaches so hes backed me off alot of meds but nothing helps and im to the point that I accidently in a moment of pain, yanked out a fist full of my hair.
