help...strange pain...

well i hope im not n the wrong place,im a 35 male,i ve been goin 2 the gym lately,but everytime i work shoulders and traps( neck ) i got those symptoms,i feel a strong whistle in my ears ,like an electric shooting in my head,some dezzyness,and i feel so weak then i hade a shake like a strong 1 as im falling or something.
its really strange and scary,plz if any1 know whats goin on ...

there's no reason to sit around wondering what is wrong with you if you can go and get it checked out, and find out what's wrong. which you can.
you will not only hopefully find out what is up, but also have some peace of mind because you can stop "wondering" and "worrying" about what's going on. you will have answers. so take some action and find out what is going on with you...
