ICMA?

I have unprotected sex in the past so I went to take a test center call Labcorp. What is ICMA?? Is ICMA an Elisa test? How reliable is ICMA test compare to Elisa test? thanks for your help.

immunochemiluminometric assay (ICMA) is an ELISA which is as reliable as any other FDA-approved HIV test.
