Welcome :)

Your activity should be governed by your symptoms. If you have been diagnosed with mitral stenosis, then you may or may not have symptoms at this point. Are you experiencing any symptoms that you are aware of?

What is the size of your left atrium? Did you have rheumatic fever as a child? What medications are you on? Is this upcoming surgery called "percutaneous balloon mitral valvotomy (PBMV)", or has this already been performed?

Sorry for all of the questions, but I need to have more info to be helpful, if that is possible.
So sorry to hear of your condition,

Jack
