can meibomitis be clear out? how to treat meibomitis?

It is related to blepharitis. Use the search feature on this page and read previous postings about blepharitis, styes, and chalazions.  Treatment is lid hygeine with baby shampoo or TheraTears SteriLid  eyelid cleaner, warm compresses and topical antibiotic onintment or drops for an acute infection (often erythromycin) and in resistent cases oral tetracycline for 3-6 months.

It's a chronic condition and requires ongoing treatment. Wash your hair often and don't let bangs touch your eyelids or lashes, don't pick at or rub your eye.
