Back Pain

by Rosmarino, Oct 11, 2007 02:25AM
I am 41 years old, had L5-S1disc hernia operation 5 years ago & L4-L5 10 years ago. Am currently suffering from back pain, mainly during night at right side, including leg. Did MRI lumbosacral spine and the result says:(*)Degenerative decrease hydration and height, along with diffuse bulge of L4-L5 and L5-S1 intervertebral discs associated with posterior marginal osteophytes formation, compromising the ventral aspect of thecal sac and epidural fat, causing narrowing of corresponding exit foramina, more remarkably the right L5-S1 foramen.(*)Hypertrophied right L5-S1 apophyseal joint.(*)No evidence of abnormal enhancing lesion in the post contrast study with evidence of post-operative intraspinal fibrosis.(*)Sacral Tarlov cyst opposite S3 vertebral body of doubtful significance.(*)Normal vertebral alignment.(*)Nerve pressure at L4-L5 & L5-S1. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO? Thanks
