Aortic stenosis

Quite a while ago I was diagnosed with heart murmur caused by aortic stonosis. I had no symptoms until now. (passing out) I had a heart catheteriztion yesterday, no blockages, but the stenosis was comfirmed. I have an apoointemnt with the surgeon next Friday the 19th. At that time I'm sure he will give me all the details. Could I get some opinions from peole who had aortic valve change? I am a little anxious and worried. This waiting is getting to me. Thanks. J
