i am a diabetic since i was 16 born in 1979
from past few months i feel very low
no concentration,cannot remember things
feel very weak
i am a computer faculty so every now an then need to study new topics as well give exams
which i am not able to do
that is not study and clear the exams
please help

The first thing to do is to check your blood sugar levels, and have a complete exam and medical workup.  If that is negative, come back again here and tell me more about your life, I may have some suggestions.
