headache, pulsing under eye, pupil changes

I have been having headaches in the occipital and temporal regions. For two weeks I had non-stop pulsation below the left eye and a twitch. I was treated for an eye infection, but pulsing continued for a week after this. Periodically my left pupil was larger then the right. I had a glaucoma test, and pressure in the rt eye was 23 & 22 in the left. The medical MD sent me for an MRI which indicated non-specific abnormal patchy increased signal in the right centrum semiovale. I was asked by my primary to see a neurologist, and I have an appointment next week. Do you think any of these symptoms are connected, and what would be possible rule out diagnoses?
