Itchy red spot on testical

A couple of weeks ago, My left testical was itchy and burned a little.  I looked at it and there was some jock itch but also a red spot or sore.  My wife thought at first it was an ingrown hair but not sure.  Anyway I've been applying some triple antibotic on it plus using some jock itch spray.  And after a few days could even hardly find it.  I had some quite a bit of driving yesterday and could feel that side rubbing some.  Last night out of the blue the same red spot was back and again was itchy so I've begun to put some more antibotic cream on it and use jock itch spray

I've always had a battle with jock itch.  I wondered if the red spot may have always been there from time to time because I hardly check there?!  Anyway, from what I read it doesn't sound like it would be cancer since it seems to come and go.  What is your advice?

Doc,

Is it possible to get Eczema from having intercourse. The day after having sex, with someone who previously told me they had Eczema, I felt an itch on my inner thigh next to my scrotum.  As time passed day by day I kept feeling this itch and since went to a dermatologist who told me that I just came in contact with something that didn't agree with my system and he gave me a cream and a lotion. He said take it for two weeks and you'll be fine. Well now it's a year later and my scrotum has definitely changed. It's dark, very wrinkled, thicker, and with hard wrinkles. My ball sac is no longer loose and just hang'in on a regular basis. Something is definitely not right. I have also felt itching from my anus, between folds under my scrotum, on the scrotum, and between my inner left leg and scrotum. I am very concerned at this point in time.

Is it eczema that I'll always have or a fungus that I need to have treaded? Once getting treatment will I have to worry about this coming back??? Can I pass this on to my partner having sex or laying on one another? Tomorrow I am going to my local doctor who gives me less than 10 minutes to explain and be evaluated.  Please help!!!!!!!!!!!   I need a solution to get back to normal.

Cancer does not come and go. Besides, ehat you are describing does not sound either like cancer or like jock itch (fungus infection.)  At most it sounds like minor irritation.  I advise you to keep the area lubricated with any common moisture lotion and that you leave the spot otherwise alone.  If it's still there, show it to a doctor next time you go, so you'll know for sure and not have to worry.

Best.
