Safe Condom Usage

Hi,
I have a lingering question that is bothering me a bit. Is it necessary to remove the penis with condom from vagina after one ejaculates or is it still safe to have the penis in vagina? I am asking this since even after I ejaculated I still had my penis with condom in the vagina of a CSW for quite a while. I am not sure if this is a safe practice in preventing HIV transmission. Please let me know.

As long as you withdraw and keep hold of the condom while withdrawing then there is no possible risk.

So you think I am at risk, my penis was erect and properly covered after ejaculation, but I still had it in the vagina for a while.

So if you were to ejaculate, and remain in the vagina for a little while, then remove the condom properly holding the base and withdrawing slowly, then you and the woman are both not at risk for HIV ? I was thinking that the semen could travel down the condom and leak. I don't know much about these things at all though, obviously since I've asked so many questions, about everything.

Wait, if the condoms base was outside of the vagina the entire sexual act, then even if it did leak out, it would not go anywhere inside her vagina...... I am dumb.
