high liver enzymes

i have a gamma GT count of 201, i've been having test done for 3 years now, everything the drs have tested for has come back ok. i've had, ultra sounds, liver biopsy, blood work every 6 months, the longest i have abstained from alcohol is 12 weeks, with a higher count as a result, i originally went to the drs because my toe nails were an off white colour, they are fine now and i feel fine too.
