STD or Diet?

Ok so Im a 22 year old gay guy and recently, in the last 5-10 days, I have been having this new phenomenon occur every time I take a ****. First of all it hurts to ****, more so than ever, because my sphincter is swollen closed and is hot and painful. When I take a **** a ball or strand of white fluffy stuff slides out of my *** and then as the rest of the sht comes out it has this white flufy strand of stuff wrapped in it and all through it. It looks a lot like seamen, but I can assure you its not. Also I have had diahreah and what feels like a mild stomach flu for the last two weeks.
The reason I am wondering if it is an STD or just my diet is because two weeks ago i was in vegas and got sick off of the buffets down there and thats when the diahreah/ stomach flu started.
Oh and also about six weeks ago I had my wisdom teeth out and was on antibiotics for that for about 10 days. I was wondering if this new white fluffy **** could possibly be just some wierd bacteria in my system that has just been able to start growing since I was on antibiotics cuz I think someone told me that the antibiotics i was on killed all the good bacteria in my body... and so i was wondering if this meant that bad bacteria could now grow or something... i dont know.
Please let me know if this sounds like anything serious or if it might just go away. thank you.
