Red spots around my scrotum and a few around the shaft of my penis

I recently noticed that I had red spots around my penis. Most of them are located around the base shaft of my penis with a few on the scrotum and some on the shaft of the penis. The spots do not itch nor is it a bump. I noticed it when I was shaving my pubic region with an electric blade and noticed these red spots. Please give me some insight on this matter.

now then.. yer i have found a small red spot on my penis shaft. my simptums seem to be the same as yours. have you found out what it is? let me no
