Dozens of tiny red bumps in groin area

by chewy950, Oct 18, 2007 01:41AM
I have had for about 2 months or so now tiny red bumps on my thighs in my groin area.  it started after i went camping and i thought they could have possibly been chigger bites of spider bites.  there were 2 or three about 2 or 3 mm or so from each other.  they are sometimes pinkish or red looking with white centers.  they do not ever hurt.  they do not look like anything in any pictures i have really seen besides papule looking things.  since those they have multiplied but not very quickly.  only untill about a week ago they have begun to multiply more rapidly.  first they went across to the other side of my leg and now high up in-between my legs where there is no hair growth.  some as small as a pinpoint and are pink in color.  do you have any idea what this might be.  they do not itch but do occasionally. please help me out i cant figure out what this is

I'm not a doc, but that doesn't sound like any std's that I know of. Regardless, you need to see a doctor, in case it is a parasite of some sort, or an allergy, which could really bother you if you end up breaking out in hives. Go see a doc, and put your mid at rest.
