No....at the stage where a pregnancy is into it's 2nd trimester, they do what's called a D&E.  The difference is, and I hate to say this, the fetus is much bigger so they have to go in and (how do I put this) "divide" the fetus up into smaller pieces making it easier to be suctioned out.  Sometimes when you're really far along they may have to induce labor and have you unfortunately deliver the unborn fetus.  Sorry for the graphics, I know for some who've had to experience this it's not a pretty picture.  If you dont mind my asking do you have to have this done?

Prayerful wife is right and its not recommended that you do that since it can cause extreme harm to you. The latest they'll even allow something like that is 22 weeks otherwise you'll be induced for labor.
