no sac

its probably just nothing, but i went to my first prenatal visit today. by my periods i am 4 weeks 4 days. when she checked me she said it felt like i was atleast 6 weeks. they done a ultrasound on me and could not see the sac. i am just worried because i have had unnormal  pain in my stomach. this is my third child and i had c cections with the others.  my periods have not been regular the past 3 months. should i be concerned. i dont go back untill next month.

I wouldn't be concerned at 4w4d its very rare that they would be able to see anything in there. I would wait it out or demand another ultrasound in about 2 weeks. By then you should be able to see something.

Finally somebody who was told the same thing. I am 5 weeks and 3 days according to my LMP.  When they did my u/s(transvaginal) the doctors told me there was no sign of pregnancy and that they think it's either I'm not as far along as they thought or it's an ectopic pregnancy. But if it was an ectopic pregnancy, wouldn't I already be experienceing pain? I have no pain whatsoever and when the doctor did a physical exam he told me if it was an ectopic pregnancy my lower stomach where he was pressing down on would be hurting. Is it too early??

if your not having any pain, your probably fine. my first one was like that but i was fine, i had  no pain at all. finaly a month  later i found my lil boy, lol. this one though by the doc checking me im 6 weeks, by my period im only 4. but my periods were iregular the past few months. im just concerned cause im having really bad pain, no bleeding though. just having to go through the waiting game. im wondering if it could be twins since im checking so large, it runs in my family big time, that would be great. keep me posted on how you are doing. : )

My doctor said I was 5 weeks last Wednesday after bleeding on Monday (first appointment). Wednesday my doctor saw a sac. Then today i went in and  my hcg levels were at 6 weeks (very normal) but before those results came in my doctor said im not having a normal pregnancy by the ultrasound not showing the sac. My doctor said i either miscarried or have an ectopic pregnancy. I don't know whats going on.  Do your hormones go up at a normal rate when you are ectopic?

Ive been bleeding for the past 5 days i just found out i was pregnant thru a/e when i was taken in as an emergency i had a scan but there was no sac?
my hcg levels are at a stand still haven risen or lowered what does this mean? im getting lower back is aching im experiencing quite a bit of pain im confused what does this mean???? H.E.L.P am i losing my baby? or have i already?

It does sound like you may be miscarrying. Your HCG levels are supposed to double every 48-72 hours. I am so very sorry!

Wow, I didn't know you were pregnant!!  I must have missed that post.....I hope you have a healthy 9 months!!
