i had unprotected sex and after 2 months i had a yellow discharge. i took antibiotic and it was gone about 3 days. and after 2 weeks, my pelvic and back started to ache. one morning there was a little blood on the tip of my penis. this was around 2 months after i had unprotected sex. when i look inside the opening of my penis there was a blister. i think that part is called the meatus. inside the hole of the penis. its like 4 little blisters that are joined together. about 2cm in size. i don't feel any pain at all even when i urinate. no burning sensation. only pelvic pain and back pain. the blood came from that blister. what are the possible causes of this blister. i did not have a fever for about a year and i still have a good appetite now. but it really bothers me a lot. pls help.

there is no itchy feeling and burning on the blisters.

the blister is about a week already and still has the same appearance.
