In March of '07, I had a CT w/contrast done.  It showed mulitple lung nodules measuring around 6mm.  There were 2 in each lung.  It also showed adenopathy measuring 7.5mm.
In Sept. '07 I had another CT w/contrast done.  It showed Mediastinal lymph nodes present in the prevascular and precarinal space that are upper limits of normal measuring 1.6 cm in diameter.  Bilateral axillary lymph nodes are also present.  These may be reactive.  Consider follow-up exam or PET scan for further evaluation.  Minimal scar or atelectasis is noted in the lower lobes bilaterally.
Could you please tell me how one doctor says lymph node and another says nodules, and should I believe.  My PFT showed that I have moderate restrictive lung disease...I don't even know what that is...Please help...I know that something is wrong and I just want to get back to normal....Thanks
